On the beautiful island of Saint-Louis, an inn in honor of the Blanche of Castile, offers in an unusual setting gourmet cuisine, traditional and authentic. You will find, hung on the wall and placed on the shelves, objects of yesteryear and antique furniture having managed to find a place in the room.

Chef Michel PUREN offers daily seasonal dishes, carefully cooked to wake up your taste buds with every bite. It feasts in a friendly atmosphere, a real institution, the regulars crowd there and for some have been there for more than twenty years.

Our Queens will feel in this place a family, convivial place or the good dishes of the day will perfume the entrance of this restaurant rich in flavor.

Just to make you salivate

No less than ten entries are proposed! Among them: Provençal gratin with mozzarella, onion soup and croutons, artichoke salad with fresh mint, snacks of roquefort sauce, Provencal frogs’ legs, homemade foie gras Jam of figs, salad of hot goats with bacon.

Discover specialties such as salmon tartare on its nest of lentils of Puy or the raviolis of Royan with mushrooms.

For the dish, it’s complicated, more than a dozen this time. Chicken breast like grandmother’s way, rib steak, navarin of lamb with vegetables, fish duo skewer aioli sauce, escalope of salmon sauce with pistou, parmentier according to the market of the day and finally penne with vegetables and herbs.

The specialties, now, are duck breast and beef bourguignon (count a supplement of 2 € for this dish).
